Rain & Relief for Now....But the Heat Will Return!

If you look on the radar now, some downpours are starting to arrive in parts of northwestern New Jersey heading east. If you see what is headed our way, it looks like a huge blow-up of storms that can bring gusty winds, heavy rain, and prompt severe thunderstorm watches and warnings. As a result, we have experienced a huge relief in the heat in the way of upper 70s to lower 80s, cloudy skies, and rain. The best chance of thunderstorms will continue throughout today, and the chance of storms diminish into tomorrow. Tomorrow will be sunny with some clouds, low humidity, and temperatures in the upper 80s to lower 90s.

Wednesday will also be very nice with temps once again in the mid to upper 80s with sunshine, low humidity, and temps in the mid to upper 80s. Thursday's weather will feature increasing humidity with temperatures in the upper 80s to even lower 90s with sun and clouds. Friday will be the day where we could get in the mid to upper 90s to even near 100 deg in spots like Newark. The humidity will be around which means heat indexes as high as 105 deg or higher, but that is not definite at this time. As a result, heat advisories will be probably issued. The heat will continue into Saturday and Sunday with temps in the lower 90s. Details to come on the heat.

HAVE A GREAT DAY AND KEEP THE UMBRELLAS HANDY!!!!!
